Elyan leans against a tree and takes in the battlefield.
The sun is setting over the fallen soldiers but all Elyan can think is: thank the stars that I'm alive.
He can see his fellow knights gathered by the tents and he limps over to them, tired and aching but thrumming with the adrenaline rush of a fight well-fought.

Impatient, he leans forward and plants a kiss on Gwaine's lips.

"Between you and me, I think we have the best tent on the field."
no subject
"It's good to know you won't be wandering off to find better lodgings."
no subject
"Leon's never been that interested," he jokes instead. "And there's no getting between Merlin and our prince."
no subject
"Not without being run through." Elyan considers who else might fall prey to Gwaine's charms. "There's Percival."

They're not going to be here for long, especially now that the battle is over. He can live with monogamy for the time being.

He steps closer to Gwaine and inspects him for bruises and wounds, making sure the knight is in a fit state to be loved.

"I'm rather good, remember?"
no subject
He's glad that Gwaine's in one piece - he couldn't bear to lose another of their number and, if he's honest with himself, especially not Gwaine.
"Anything else you're good at?"

Pointedly ignoring his own state of undress, he starts work on Gwaine's clothing, working off his tunic and kissing the skin revealed.

"Are you impressed, Sir Elyan?"
no subject
"You'll do," he says with a grin.

"There's still time for me to find Percival for the night."

Now, he stretches lazily and settles on the oversized bedroll laid in the centre of their tent, watching Gwaine with a steady gaze.
"Send him my best."

He also allows his eyes to wander, feeling himself getting hard at the thought of taking the other man to his bed.
"And who says you really want to leave?"
no subject
"It's cold outside with no clothes on," he decides, using that as an excuse to crawl onto Elyan's bedroll.

He wants to be taken hard tonight and he knows Gwaine will oblige.

"Tell me, Elyan."
no subject
"Take me," he pants, breathless from their kisses and the anticipation of more to come. "I want to feel alive."
